Refund policy

Unless a one-off ring has been purchased, all rings are custom made to fit, so unfortunately are non-refundable unless faulty. If the wrong size was ordered, please email rabbitbonesx@gmail.com to organise a re-size, additional charges may be applicable. Due to the nature of gemstones, each one will be slightly different in colouring/ markings..making each one unique! Please bare this in mind when purchasing your jewellery. Earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons
